SELF-LEVELING CONCRETE

Self-leveling concrete is typically used to create a flat and smooth surface.
Self-leveling concrete can be installed on top of properly prepared surfaces such as concrete, ceramic tile,and others.
Self leveling concrete can be applied at ¼ – ½ - 1 inch thick.
Self-leveling concrete can be sealed keeping the same natural concrete color or stained with available colors to create a beautiful decorative concrete finish.
Self-leveling concrete can be top coated with a water based sealer Urethane Flat-matte/Gloss finish to protect floor.
Optional to apply color, dye, custom or pre design stencil, and others.

Concrete dyes & stains take many different forms and compositions and can be used on both residential and commercial concrete applications .
After dye/stain was applied can be coated with a water based sealer Urethane Matte-flat/Gloss finish or Polyaspartic / Gloss finish to seal and protect floor.
Usually there are only two ways to do it.
A - Grind an existing concrete surface/slab; It is very important to mention that the surface must be really in good conditions.
B - Create a even and smooth surface installing Self leveling concrete 1/4" & UP thickness; depends on the existing surface/sub floor.
Optional : Geometric patterns, straight or curved lines and custom or pre designs stencil, and others can be add it.

Raw Concrete is just to do all the preparation process on the existing surface or floor( GRIND & PATCH ) and then use the indicated CLEAR EPOXY COAT (Water based or Solvent) to seal it.
This concept will let you see all fixed imperfections as holes, cracks, joint lines and any other. Finish surface will be smooth depends on type of seal coat.
